What does a day in PHP at CRC Institute look like?
Your days at this institute will be structured similarly. Mornings provide a chance for process-oriented groups as well as education. The afternoons will involve a form of experiential therapy that could include art therapy, meditation, yoga, or another type of holistic therapy.
PHP occurs on each weekday – Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with a lunch break at noon. On average, there will be two or three group therapists working together to run the PHP program who you will work with in addition to your primary therapist.
