Therapies and treatments are provided at Chicago Rehab Center near Winnetka, but patients live in their homes throughout the duration of treatment with access to work and family obligations. In addition to addressing substance use, patients will also receive support surrounding mental health and developing positive coping strategies.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a primary group treatment program for those who would benefit from a moderate level of support for drug and alcohol addiction. IOP treatment takes place 3 times per week for 3 to 5 hours each day. Most clients participate in the program for 1 to 2 months, depending on their specific needs. Since IOP is an outpatient program, individuals are able to live in their homes while receiving treatments and attending therapy sessions during the day Inpatient programs are required to reside at the treatment center.
