Renae is the Program Director at CRC Institute and is responsible for the design and implementation of its behavioral health offerings. Renae has experience leading clinical teams in residential substance use and mental health treatment as well as involvement in outpatient treatment, crisis intervention and providing treatment inside jails and prisons. Renae holds a Master of Counseling Psychology degree from Adler University and a CADC. Renae feels passionately about treating every person and client with dignity and respect. She advocates for trauma-informed care and cultivating a work environment conducive to the highest quality treatment. Outside of her role at CRC, Renae contributes to the community in volunteer roles as an on-call supervisor for the National Suicide Hotline, de-escalation trainer for local law enforcement crisis intervention teams and a CrossFit coach running free classes for those in recovery from drugs and alcohol use. Renae enjoys competing in Olympic weightlifting, riding motorcycles, and exploring the best coffees from local roasters.
