Amy is the Chief Administrative Officer at CRC Institute. Amy has spent more than four decades serving in multiple administrative and consultative roles within the healthcare community including Northwestern Medicine and R1, a leading healthcare revenue cycle management company.

Amy has a passion for teambuilding and positively impacting those around her. Her professional interests focus on transforming quality of care by implementing processes that support personalized treatment, managing interdisciplinary team strategies, oversight of People Resources and advancing the client care experience by leading with compassion. Amy is married and has two children, three stepchildren and is a devoted nana to eight grandchildren. She enjoys music, gardening and traveling with her husband.
