How long do I have to meditate?

You may pop into a meditation class that has already begun and simply join us for two minutes, or you may do a 20-minute meditation class and then even continue to sit on your cushion once the guide has finished. There is no set length of time required and there is no “wrong” way to meditate. Simply showing up has benefits in and of itself.
