Melanie is the Receptionist at CRC Institute. In addition to having more than 15 years of dedicated, exceptional customer service, Melanie also brings knowledge from her experience working in a healthcare office. Melanie aspires to use her personal and professional endeavors to improve the experiences of those around her. She is passionate about continuing to educate herself to better understand individuals’ needs and help where, when, and however she can. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and family, camping, and reading.
